This book can help bring real results and conversation regarding what is taking place in athletics across the country.

Now winning isn’t everything, but winning the hearts and minds of your athletes should be. One negative comment can last a lifetime, I know this all too well from my personal experience as a student athlete, coach, and as a parent. These cutting words happen far too often in our current sporting culture, and frankly we are to blame. My personal philosophy is to make each moment on the field of competition a positive learning experience, even the losses, we all as adults must be able to grow and learn how to make the situation a better one for all. Sometimes wins and losses are the very basic necessity. When you are losing you can tell a lot about a coach. Are they still coaching? What are their mannerisms? Are they pushing blame? Or are they doing their best each and every play to get better?
